Some pictures of standard Praga V3S truck and the driver cabin.

The views of the chassis.

VThe APN-90 version is one of the most interesting. It was designed as a production improvisation. Actually the truck bed from Russian truck ZIL-150 was put on Praga V3S. The front part was redesigned, as the bumper was moved because of electric generator montage. During normal usage on the airbases, the local 380 Volt net is used.

The version SUEZ-M is still being used as external electric source.

The pressurised air source VPS-200 is also still used on the Czech airbases.

Boxcar version of V3S is well known in the all airbases and is used for many different purposes - this is the reason why these trucks differ in details like window position etc. The pictures show a radio-maintenance boxcar and two boxcars from Slovak Kuchyna airbase, one in really interesting camouflage.

The Praga V3Ss serve on the airbases as different accessories carriers also. In most cases these are accessories taken from Russian origin trucks. The picture shows the external source of pressurised hydraulic fluid UPG-250M, which was used until the 1980s on the GAZ-51 chassis.
